By accessing Viroo.ai you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you represent an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the entity.
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer our models, or generate content that violates applicable laws or harms others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Paid plans grant a non-exclusive license to use generated assets for commercial purposes, subject to any third-party rights embedded in your prompts or uploads.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
Feedback, suggestions, or beta features are provided without compensation and may be used to improve the product.
